I'm not sure if this is an appropriate place to post this but couldn't think of anywhere else.
We purchased a new refrigerator a couple months ago. It has since stopped cooling. The manufacturer (Samsung)set up an initial warranty appointment. A week and a half later the local company that was tasked with the repair came in, swapped a part and left. No diagnostics and they didn't stick around to see if it worked. Well, it didn't.
That company has stopped taking my calls for three days now. They're the only authorized repair company in the Seattle area. I'm going on two weeks without a refrigerator with no end in sight.
Are there any options I have that I'm not thinking of? Getting through to someone at Samsung is next to impossible. I considered a dispute with my credit card company, but this isn't really the fault of the store that sold it to me.
