Samsung not honoring warranty... What can I do? legaladvice

Hi all,

I apologize because all you badass lawyers and soon to be lawyers are killing it in this sub and I'm asking a completely irrelevant question.

I purchased a Samsung fridge a few years ago and have been having many problems with it - enough that they send a repair guy over every week (no, really). And the last repair guy was surprised I'm still using this fridge and that my warranty hasn't given me a new one yet - he even wrote in his notes that they should give me a new fridge and if we keep it in its current conditions, it could likely flood the house. Samsung's garbage customer service has purposely been pushing us away and neglecting everything and now we're inching the end of our warranty.

I googled to see what others' experience is with their customer service and apparently according to Consumer Affairs this problem is very common - like they have a 1.1 star rating. Is there any chance I can take this to the BBB? Or maybe a class action? I know a class action may be unnecessary and more expensive than buying a new fridge but I don't want them getting away with being such dicks.

Thanks so much you guys and I'm sorry for this not being a super exciting post!
