Just wondering if anyone can help me, it's been a while since I've 'baked' this cheesecake and I usually just add some chocolate since it's what my friends like. For Christmas I've been asked to make one with mango and passionfuit but the last time I used mango I blended it, strained a bit of the excess liquid and the mixture ended up really wet ruining the texture and the flavour wasn't that strong.
How would you go about making this properly so the mix doesn't just run everywhere? Any help would be great and thank you.
