Hey all, simple newb question here
I harvested some yeast from a starter and threw it into the refrigerator. Been there for about a week or two. I was wondering if the white stuff is actual yeast or is that just trub from harvesting the yeast? Is there any good way to know if I got yeast from harvesting and if so about how much?
