What's the weirdest thing you've made using nutritional yeast? How did it turn out? vegan

I'll start:

I love nutritional yeast and I put it on many different things. From "not cheese" sauce to sprinkled over steamed broccoli, it has enhanced the flavor of many dishes in my home. One of my favorite things to do with it is to thicken up some Italian dressing for a savory sandwich spread.

So the other day I was making a PB&J+S wrap and, not before I spread out my peanut butter, I notice that the jar of raspberry preserves was tucked back into the refrigerator with nary a millimeter of fruity goodness left on the bottom. In a desperate attempt to finish my sweet, spicy, peanut buttery snack, I had to use the only sweet substance that was left in the fridge: maple syrup. Using the same principle for my other sandwich spread, I managed to make a thick maple paste to put in my wrap. I splat some Sriracha in there (that's the S in PB&J+S) and took a bite. It wasn't great, just okay. This will only be used in the future for PB&J emergencies.

TL;DR - Ran out of J for my PB. Mixed nutritional yeast and maple syrup. It was okay.
