My name is Zach and I am 25 years old. I am a Southern California native and have lived in the LA area for four years now. I love film, music, biking, fitness, stand up comedy, dark humor, sarcasm, physical comedy... Pretty much anything funny... I also enjoy video games and will play Counter Strike GO on occasion. I don’t take myself too seriously. 80% of the time I’m probably joking about something I say. If you have a sense of humor we will probably get along.
A little about you:
Male or female between the ages of 23-30. No couples, room shares, etc... This is an ad for ONE roomie to have their own room and bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. I am looking for a roommate-not a best friend-but not a total stranger. I would like you to be open to conversation and maybe the occasional drink or just hang out.
I am very open to meeting new people! With that said, I don't want our place to be a revolving door for your friends/family/partner. Guests are totally fine but I want our place to be a relaxing after a long day at work/school and let's be honest no one wants a full house all the time. In return, I promise to also be respectful of your space/time and not let my friends/family/partner be at our place all the time.
Speaking of being respectful of each others space- I am not a neat freak by any means but I do expect an "adult level of cleanliness" Don't leave dishes in the sink for days on end. Clean up after yourself in the common area and don't make it your personal closet by leaving jackets, shoes, socks etc... All over the place. Also, you must realize that sharing the responsibility of cleaning common areas is a must! Our place will naturally collect dust and clutter etc... But I am not your maid! We will share the common area cleaning ( example I do the kitchen you do the living room and next time we can switch). I figure this goes without saying seeing how apartments don't clean themselves - but you would be surprised!

In short, I am looking for a reliable, responsible adult roommate with a legal source of income and life of their own but not someone who isolates themselves.
