Having control while eating what you want is so important for my weight loss journey. loseit

I work in an office where people bring in food all of the time. It is such a weakness for me. Well today was a doozy..... I came in to work and had my usual breakfast bar and banana for breakfast. Then my co-worker walks in the door with bagels and cream cheese for everyone. A month ago I would have just accepted the fact that I am now eating 2 breakfasts and might even take an extra bagel if someone doesn't partake.... Today was different. I was going to get a salad for lunch but instead i grabbed a bagel and put a VERY thin spread of cream cheese on it and wrapped it in aluminum foil for later. I ate that for lunch instead of buying a salad. However.... PIZZA WAS SUPPLIED FOR LUNCH AS WELL FOR THE OFFICE! Oh man... this is tough. I ended up wrapping 2 small slices in foil and putting in the refrigerator for lunch tomorrow.

All of my weight loss attempts before this I would just deny myself the food. This time I am eating the food but I am doing it in an intelligent way. This is HUGE for sticking to my weight loss. And you know what? That is 2 days of free lunch.... It is doing wonders for my wallet as well.
