I just picked up some fresh matcha tea from Japan and put it in a small air-tight jar -- is it best to store this in the refrigerator or on the shelf? This small 30g stash will probably last me 2 months or so.
In the past, I've gone with the ziplocked powdered tea and kept this in the fridge.
