I bought a new dented refrigerator marked down and it turns out it was used. legaladvice

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator at Fred's appliances durning a Columbus day sale. Small dent on front door that took my wife and I two minutes to find. Ask sales man if it was new and he confirmed and sale the warehouse guys dented it so now its discounted from $2299 to $1690. We bought it and picked it up the next day. It was wrapped in cellophane and I took it to my storage.

Two weeks later and we close on our house and get a friend to help with the fridge. Get it to the house and unwrap it to take the doors off and its used. There are food particles on the door compartments and water spots by the ice and water dispenser. Couple screws weren't screwed in on the top trim from the last time they moved it in a house.

Called Fred's and talked to salesman that helped. Apologized up and down and will talk to manager Monday.

What rights do I have? Do they have to give me a refund.?If I had known it was used I would have talked to price down more or found another unit.

Edit: could I take this to small claims court? Fridge is in my house now and clean. I like it but don't like the fact it wasn't new. Generally used appliances sell for half of new. Is there a possibility of that working?
