After reading the raves, I'm finally making the Serious Eats pizza dough. I'm very big into freezer cooking and wondered if I can freeze 2 of the four dough balls and take them out the day I want to make them. If so, should I do the second step of letting them rise again then freeze them? Or take it out of the refrigerator after a few days, divide into four, wrap two up and freeze?
