Out of food and cash. Looking for some assistance. Assistance

Hi.

A bit of information about: I am college student living out of the country. I am on financial aid and the funds for this semester have been delayed on three occasions. The two Thursdays past and this Sunday, yesterday. Family have been unable to pitch in to help and I am my close friends quite a bit to ask for more. This is quite the dilemma as you can see as the funds won't be transferred to my bank account until Thursday. So, I have to last two full days, not including today, with about 6 cents to my name and an empty refrigerator. I wish there were available food banks or similar charity groups on campus, but there just aren't. Plus, I've tried similar sub-reddits like /r/Borrow and /r/RandomActsofKindness to no avail. You're my last shot /r/Assistance.

I live in Qatar for some time now. Any extra information can be provided at request.
