New Curing Chamber - Ventilation Question Charcuterie

I'm jumping in to home curing and have a question on ventilation. My chamber will be an older model of this - http://ift.tt/1O4fcDR

And this Ultrasonic humidifier - http://ift.tt/1O4fcU4

My question is how many of you use a fan for ventilation? I'm thinking of getting this fan and setting it up to run for 1 minute a couple times a day.
