High school just started today and I found myself hungry and out of energy by the time I had practice for tennis (School for us starts at 7:30 , I have lunch at 10:46 and practice starts at 2:30). What snack can I eat before tennis that is keto-friendly? (Besides nuts and quest bars)
My school also doesn't allow us to store our food in refrigerators.
