i cant remember much of this movie. but the part that sticks out to me is the main hero(might be a cop?) is kicking butt in this empty apartment building and he figures the building is going to explode due to some explodes. he jumps in to the kitchen and pulls all the trays out of the refrigerator and hides in there before the blast goes off. best i can remember the tittle had the word Waves or Rocks. :X
