I'm wondering how I could go about getting in better shape on a next to nothing budget. I'm barely scraping by at the moment, and my living conditions arent....great. I would basically need to find a way to eat in such a way that would be good for gaining muscle, and maybe even shaving some pounds, but my dilemma is that my food options are basically limited to non perishables (cans, bags, and boxes). Even the use of a refrigerator is pretty much not an option for me right now. Also this would need to happen for as little money as possible. I know I should be eating as fresh as possible, and staying away from artificial crap, but my budget/living conditions simply don't allow for that :/ Is there a way this can be done? What would be some acceptable food choices within these confines? I'm sure I'll be able to find a more appropriate diet for my goals later, but what about right now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
