My friend's landlord would come into his apartment without permission, deliver half-assed care and maintenance to the property, didn't deal with a broken refrigerator for close to a month in my friend's apartment and would yell and scream at tenants in the lobby over nothing. When my friend moved out, he had a broken TV that weighed over 500 lbs that he needed to get rid of. So he left it in the apartment for the dick landlord to deal with.
