I have an awkward situation in my garage and need to know if I will need put in an exhaust/circulation in the garage HomeImprovement

So here's my situation, my garage is not an ordinary garage, its like a cabin attached to my house without the garage door, just a regular door. The area which is about 40ft by 40ft, usually stays 100*F+ (in KS where the outside temp is like 90-ish). The big concern is, we have an industrial oven and an industrial refrigerator(slide door) in this "garage" so when we use the oven, it gets toasty, very toasty.

Now the problem is the refrigerator. It sounds like its always powering since it is so hot, and I suspect the compressor will burn out if I do not do something about the heat. Is this true? Will the compressor burn out if I do not put an exhaust system in here?

And 3rd, if did need to put an exhaust system in here, what kind of approach can I take to just make it a very simple and small system? I was thinking getting 2 small sized fans (like the bathroom fan type) and place them across from each other - so that one brings new air in and the other takes new air out. Ofcourse I would have to position the fans so that is it most effective for circulation (the one that brings air in would have to be lower than the one that takes air out correct? Since hot air rises?) And then a tangent to that, how can I install this sort of contraption while ensuring that if it were to run, the water doesn't get in - Sorry I've never really dealt with this sort of issue.

Thanks in advance
