I'm still working on yesterday's leftovers. Backstory: I ordered thai yesterday and have nearly finished it off as of today but still have some leftover. Well, I got a knock on my door about 30 minutes ago and it was the delivery man giving me more thai. WTF? I looked on my bank account and it looks like they never charged me for yesterdays order, but charged me today instead and sent me the same order by mistake.
So I'm drowning in green curry and ginger chicken and egg rolls. I also made the mistake yesterday of ordering too much extra rice, so now I have even MORE too much extra rice.
Help me please. Can I freeze this shit? Do I just leave it in the refrigerator? I can try to eat it all tomorrow but will my body survive? Help.
