EDIT: Its a Kenmore actually, my last one was an Amana.
Like the title says, my freezer bottom refrigerator is warmer than it should be. The freezer is about 25 degrees all the time, no matter what the dial is set to. The evaporator coils are not frozen, all the fans work, and the coils underneath have been cleaned as well as they can be. What else could cause the freezer to be too warm? The compressor has to run for a long time, so I can hear it clicking on and off of its temperature shutoff. Is it possible the dial that sets the temperature has malfunctioned and is just stuck on the warmest setting? If that was the case though, I wouldn't think the compressor would have to work so hard to keep trying to cool it though.
