1 Bedroom available in 3 bedroom apartment | 5 minute drive from campus | $ 225 + utilities a month Rolla

My roommate and I had a potential third cancel on us for next year on a very short notice, so we are now looking for a third person to join us.

The apartment is very clean, energy efficient, and by car, is only 5 minutes away from campus. Unfortunately, our landlords don't allow pets :'(

As for included appliances, we have a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, washer / dryer.

The whole apartment is furnished except for the room you would be occupying, so bring a bed and a desk, or something.

1. Rent: $225
2. Internet: $16.667
3. Utilities: ~$53.333
4. Total: ~$300 depending on the season
