I would like to myself a PWO mass gainer from milk, peanut butter, oats, banana and whey protein powder. I would consume them ideally after workout.
I want to know how long after blending would it be still OK to consume(aka not go sour, go bad, proten denatures etc)? I prepare it in the morning. I have a refrigerator at disposal where I work, so I can store it in there all day.
NS: I workout at around 4 in the evening and only reach home at around 9. So making it once I reach home is not an option.
