What keeps happening is the freezer drainhole keeps freezing up, causing water to drip down into my fridge. I've taken the cover off the inside of freezer multiple times to clean out the ice and thaw the drain, but within a couple weeks it's frozen again.
The ice covers not just the drain hole, but also has a layer across the bottom of the freezer itself. What could be causing this? Will I need a new refrigerator?
