I just bought a condo, and it came with one of these. The ICE maker wasn't working, so I called whirlpool, and they put me in touch with a repair company: BAY APPLIANCE REPAIR. These guys were supposed to repair the ice maker.
I have taken 2 half days at work to try and resolve the issue. Each time, they have said the part to fix the machine is broken, and the part is not available locally. This has been going on over 2 months now, and I am starting to loose my mind. What can I do?
