We're really not in the market to sell our house, but if the price is right anything can be for sale. We bought the house a year ago, but have since have re-done the kitchen, paint almost all throughout, new a/c and furnace, brand new appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher) were bought by previous homeowners and new carpet a week before we moved in. I feel like we got a decent deal I don't want to waste a realtors time if we aren't totally serious about selling it, but if it has gone up in value quite a bit, it could change my mind.
