Will Lingonberry/Crowberry still grow if watering has stopped? gardening

I have planted both of these seeds in seed trays about a month ago, they've been living in my refrigerator with daily light watering to keep them moist. I Went on holiday and basically forgot about them, and now their dry. If i start watering again will they eventually germinate in a couple of months or are they gonners?
