I have a six month lease and this is the first month. I have strict dietary rules that I have to follow, I told my landlord about this before I moved in and she said it wasn't an issue however the fridge is stuff full of food and drinks that are against it.
Another rule was that I had to tell her if I'm having people over but she has a guy over every evening and has loud sex.
What can I do? Can I break my lease or get her to stop?
