So my significant other and I have been planning our meals a week in advance and go do our grocery shopping on Sundays. We like to save time so mealprepsunday is perfect.
We have a lot of Mason jars and basic kitchen supplies. So my questions are.
- Will Mason jars work for storage and prep? Including marinating chicken?
- What basic supplies will I need?
- If I marinate chicken for the week how long can i store it in the refrigerator?
