I have a fermentation chamber i built last year. I use a mini fridge with a fan to bring the temp down, but right now i cant seem to get below 54. Ambient temp is around 70 currently. It is about 28"x48"x34". I would like to get down to 40 if I could. Of course I could try more insulation, caulking etc but wondering if any of that will make a difference or if the only way to go lower would be to use a bigger refrigerator or freezer. Any thoughts on other ways to get the temp down?
