Help! Spilled water in by Canola Oil Marijuana Mixture :/ trees

I was making Canna-Oil last night and I was stoned. So, on the last step, with the THC was being infused into the oil, I accidentally tipped the pot and some water rushed in. It has been in the refrigerator since last night. What is the most efficient way to separate this?
