Botulism from uncooked garlic and olive oil? AskCulinary

I have a recipe that calls for olive oil and garlic uncooked, stored in a refrigerator for a day. It is supposed to be drizzled on a pizza after it is cooked. Will this create botulism? Anyone know? i googled it and i feel like the 2 or 3 articles i clicked on are when the oil is cooked with the garlic or some of the articles are just trying to scare people.

also the recipe is by a credible person in a cookbook.
