[NV] Realty Company not communicating with me about problems in my home legaladvice

I am renting an apartment in Nevada and am in the middle of a small lease that ends in May. I am trying to get out of my lease due to huge problems like lack of hot water and flooding in my kitchen and bathroom.

I first brought up the hot water issue a few days after living there (in December), and the guy at the realty office told me to "adjust my shower schedule" to others in the complex because they only had one water heater. Obviously, this is absurd and impossible and I should be able to shower whenever I want. Then, my toilet started sweating so profusely and creating so much condensation that my bathroom is flooded with water every day. My refrigerator has begun doing this as well, flooding part of the kitchen. The worst part by far is the lack of hot water though.

I have contacted the realty company by email (I want it all in writing) twice now, explaining the problems and how they've been dealt with thus far) and have not heard a word back by email or phone. Instead, I found a note taped to my door (the day of my first email, 1/20/16) saying that someone tried to stop by to look at the toilet. I emailed them again and acknowledged the attempt at fixing one of the problems. I also advised them that the apartment is not habitable and to either fix it immediately, place me temporarily somewhere else while it's fixed, or let me out of the lease.

They have not responded to any of my emails since Wednesday morning. Is this lack of response illegal in anyway? Are my living conditions illegal as well?

Thank you so much for all your help.
