Norman Displays His Identity lifeofnorman

Norman pulled up behind a car to stop at a stoplight, and inched forward so he could get a better look at its bumper. Normally he did not pay much heed to other people's cars, but this one had covered itself in bumper stickers. He entertained himself during the duration of the light by reading the car's myriad of bumper stickers. Norman did not own any bumper stickers, because he didn't want to damage the paint of his car, but he liked being able to tell what people's interests were based on their vehicle.

Later that day, Norman went to the drugstore to refresh his medicine cabinet. On his way to checkout, something caught his eye: a car magnet shaped like a pawprint, emblazoned with the text "I Love My Cat." Norman stood in front of it a moment, smiling. He did love his cat, Norman. He enjoyed exchanging cat stories with the other cat owners in the breakroom at work. Since it was a magnet, it would not damage the paint of his car like a sticker would. It was $2.

Norman bought the car magnet. He put it on his refrigerator. He liked looking at it every time he opened the fridge. It made him think of Norman, and Norman made him happy. One day, he might put it on his car.
