Is it a good idea to get a 24 inch refrigerator and build new cabinets around it, if we were to sell within 5 years? InteriorDesign

We're closing on our first apartment, 1br in nyc . This will be a starter home and we're not looking to live for more than 5 years. Due to over all small kitchen size, we were thinking about a 24 inch fridge(link below) . I'm just worry about resale since we'll be building a cabinet around that fridge and 24in is not really a standard size. http://ift.tt/1SF7kOx
