I made the decision to live in Sin City a few months ago. But I didn't expect that someone would live up to the city's name. My roommate is a crazy party goer. He comes back to the room smashed every night. He brings back a different girl each night as well (he has had more girls than don draper at this point) but that's not the freakiest part.
I found a shitload of money. It was cash stuffed in the drawers of the refrigerator. I asked him about it and he said it was winnings from gambling. I'm honestly not sure if I believe him. Basically he's rarely ever in the room. He just sleeps here but he pays the majority of the rent. He told me he carries a knife but nothing else. I don't carry any weapons.
I wouldn't consider myself macho by any stretch of the imagination. In fact I'm pretty much a fat ass. I just don't want to be caught up in some types of crime scheme or conspiracy. Should I report him to someone or will I be putting myself at risk?
Basically I'm here because he offered me a reduced rate on the room if I didn't ask many questions. I have a crappy day job outside of the strip. Never seen him go to work.
TLDR: friend has mystery job and spends all his time partying
