I would like to install a vinyl plank floating floor in the kitchen (leaning towards Home Depot's Allure product). Can I just install the floor beneath the front and side edges of the gas stove and refrigerator, rather than removing the appliances and covering the whole area beneath? I would prefer to avoid unhooking the stove because I'm a bit nervous about working with gas. Thanks!
