I saw this movie a long time ago and I don't remember much. Some guy lives in a crappy apartment building with his mom or grandma. Grandma/mom does drugs, I think cocaine. He keeps parts of people he murders in his refrigerator. He's a peeping tom and there is this super creepy masturbation scene. Horrible story, horrible acting. I saw it in 2006 but not sure when it was made.
