I'm doing construction and trying to figure out a healthy, energizing, filling, and easy to make lunch. Also something that can survive(not get spoiled) til lunch time. And now that i think of it, i'd like to prepare it the night before since i have to get up early.
I'm thinking peanutbutter and banana sandwich with honey. Will this work?
Do i need to refrigerate it overnight? Do i need to refrigerate it morning til lunch time?(not sure if there's a refrigerator at work yet)
Can i also toast it like this recipe, refrigerate overnight, maybe or maybe not refrigerator til lunch without it getting spoiled? http://ift.tt/1VPiBZy
