Help! Mystery 5/16" faucet connection is ruining my DIY refrigerator water line install HomeImprovement

Hi folks. The fancy fridge that came with the house we just bought did not have a water line going to it, so I thought I would attempt to install it myself. I have limited/no experience with household plumbing issues but I want to be able to do more of these types of things myself, and it SEEMED relatively straightforward. I bought a 1/4 inch NPT hose to run under the floor and to the 1/4 inch NPT connection on the fridge. No problems on that end. To connect to the sink faucet I figured the easiest connection to hijack would be the hose going to the faucet itself, which I ASSUMED was 3/8th because it was only a little bit bigger than the other 1/4 inch connection. Now that I've got the parts, that hose and connection are clearly between the 1/4 inch and 3/8 sizes...so 5/16".

Home Depot doesn't seem to carry any 5/16 Tees or connectors. I've been searching Amazon and elsewhere online to try to find the right Tee or combination of parts to make it all work, but having no luck.

In my perfect world I'd want a Tee with:

5/16 inch NPT Female - Coming from the current connector which connects to the wall 5/16 inch NPT Male - Going to the sink faucet hose 1/4 inch NPT Male - Going to the refrigerator water line hose.

Can anyone help me find the right part or combination of parts to make that work? See pic below for exactly what's going on down there at the moment.
