We have a fridge that's a couple years old and the drain pan is overflowing. I have no experience with troubleshooting fridges, so I went to Google and the most common explanation is that the drain hose might be clogged. Problem is, I don't see any drain holes in the fridge or freezer section. Also, I don't under how a clog would cause the pan to overflow. Wouldn't it prevent water from reaching the pan? Also, they say the fan might not be working, but I don't see a fan either, unless it's hidden behind a panel or something. What else can I check for?
