Need to Disconnect a Refrigerator HomeImprovement

Hey r/HomeImprovement, Our GE Profile fridge is broken to the point that technicians have advised we just get a new fridge. Our biggest problem with replacing it is that BestBuy won't take the old broken fridge away without it being disconnected. They said they'll give us $300 to hire someone to haul the fridge away, but most companies I've found from an online search have the same parameters: the water line and motor for the fridge need to be disconnected. My questions are the following: a. Do you know of any companies in the central NJ area that will disconnect and haul away a junk refrigerator? b. If you don't know the answer to a, do you know how to properly and safely disconnect a GE Profile refrigerator and could you walk me through it? Thanks in advance
