Is it OK to freeze cooked food, thaw them in a fridge, and microwave it to eat? Fitness

Keeping it short and simple:

I plan to premake my food for the entire week on every sunday. Pretty much it will consist of grilled chicken/salmon and a super large portion of salad and veggies.

This is what I plan to do with them:

1) Cook and pack them into a single serving box

2) Put the servings into the freezer

3) The night before I need to eat them, I put 2-4 servings (lunch/dinner) into the refrigerator to let it thaw.

4) I microwave my food the time when I need to eat it.

Sure the food won't hold the same taste and all, but would there be any health risks by doing this?
