Accidentally left meat out on the counter for ~4 hours - how screwed am I? Cooking

I bought some steak and a lamb chop from the butcher, went home and forgot to put it in the refrigerator - it was still in the wrapping paper from the butcher and was left out on the counter for about 4 hours. Is it worth the risk to eat it?

I'll be eating it myself so there's no risk of poisoning someone else, or I'd have thrown it away. My plan was to sous vide both of them tomorrow - should I take the chance?

Oh, and my apartment was ~70 degrees warm.
