Hey /r/Coffee!
I've gotten into the habit of making cold brew coffee and am pretty content with my system. I make a bunch of cold brew that lasts me about a week and as I'm starting to run out I start the next batch.
Anyways, I've been mixing my cold brew with fat free milk and Torani Vanilla Syrup just because that's the easiest stuff to get a hold of. I'm not super happy with how that comes out and think I could do a better (and healthier?) job flavoring my coffee. I don't mind the dairy but also wouldn't mind using some other "creamy" mixer. More than that, I'd like to get a new sweetener.
I really like sugar condensed milk, but locally I only have access to canned ones that I don't imagine keep very well open in the refrigerator. I haven't tried using honey, but I am a big fan of the milky chocolate/vanilla drinks that are pretty ubiquitous these days. My favorite packaged coffee drink is probably HiBall's 8oz. mocha and vanilla cold brew drinks.
Pretty much, I'm hoping I can get whatever sweeteners are suggested here in fairly large but easy to serve quantities and that they will keep for quite some time.
