Need ideas for lunch I can take to work that doesn't smell too strong. Cooking

So one of my New Year's resolutions is to try and save some money so I figured I'd start taking food to work with me. I normally eat at my desk and I've found out the issue with taking food with me is that it smells quite strong after it's been reheated - no one's complained yet but I don't want them to start.

I generally prefer warm food but cold food isn't a deal breaker. I looked online and most of the recipes seem to be for salads which I don't really enjoy that much. Ideally, I would like something that I can make on the weekends in advance and portion appropriately and just pick one package a day to take to work with me.

I'm also not a fan of cold sandwiches so that won't work - also, I find that the bread gets too soggy if it's been sitting for a few hours.

Currently, I've been taking some quinoa, a chicken thigh cooked sous vide and finished on the stove and some roasted broccoli to work - when reheated, this has a somewhat strong odor (from the broccoli I suspect). It's delicious though.

I have access to a refrigerator at work and a microwave. So far, the only thing I have been able to come up with is chicken or egg salad, both of which are great but I'd also like some variety.

So to summarize - I'm looking for food (that aren't salads with leafy greens) that tastes good cold, or doesn't taste too strongly when reheated, and can ideally be made in advance and is somewhat healthy.

Any thoughts? Thanks so much!
