i work at a hardware store and one of my coworkers is the most lazy and useless person ive ever come across, we shall call him floyd. he was claimed that he has a bum shoulder for the past seven months but the sling he wares keeps switching arms. so the other day he grabs me and asks me to load a refrigerator onto an elderly customer's car, but that he can't help me cause hes injured. he then points to one of my coworkers who is 4'10" with a limp and says to get him to help me. so i end up loading the thing by myself.
then the next day right around closing time a customer asks me if we have an portable fans, i inform them that they are a seasonal item and that we just switched them out for heaters two days ago, but i will see in electrical hasn't put them away yet. i see floyd walking to the breakroom to punch out and go home and direct the customers to him cause hes in that department. a few minutes later i walk past and he tries to push the customers off onto me by asking if i knew where aisle 30 was to which i responded "ya its right next to aisle 29" and turned and walked away. he spent the next 30 min looking through the overhead for a twenty dollar fan.
