Has anyone used a solar fridge (instead of a regular refrigerator) for a while? Frugal

Hi. Newbie here. Has anyone here used a solar fridge for more than a couple of months? Is it really feasible?

I've been asking myself if a solar fridge is really a decent frugal option, or if it's more like something you'd only use if you were on a extremely tight budget and had absolutely no alternative. How long can you keep stuff in it, realistically speaking? What about leftovers? Can I at least keep them from one day to the next? I appreciate any input.
