Magnetism Concept Question AskPhysics

From my understanding magnetism is a relativistic effect, meaning that the observed magnetic force is dependent on the reference frame of the observer. Does this mean that there is a certain reference frame in which there is no magnetic interaction between a permanant magnet of a refridgerator door and the refrigerator door itself?

Also, as the reference frame changes and the magnetic interactions change, what other interactions are affected by the changing reference frame?
