I am constantly becoming jealous of what my husband comes home from work and he has this great idea for a 200/350 calorie meal. Because he asked me what I made for dinner and I'm like chicken and vegetables so he comes home and make some Mexican pizza on flatbread. lol so what I did was I made a list on the refrigerator of food ideas that me and him came up with. so whenever I go to make a meal I can look at the list and actually have ideas on what to make because I get overwhelmed and just default the boring chicken and vegetables. Plus with our 2 kids I'm like get whatever I can on their plates as fast as possible and my daughter has a lot of food aversions. But I'm excited about keeping the list on the refrigerator because it kind of takes the thinking out of it and I can just kind of pick and make whatever I see on the list. :)
So I figured I would share just in case it might help somebody else!
