Refrigerator sometimes has a buildup of ice, and pours out water (inside of the refrigerator, not freezer part). I think I know the reason it's leaking, but can't find a way to get to it. I did some research and am trying to get the back part un-clogged where there might be a build-up of ice from the freezer. 1) How do I remove the top part? I see a screw that has a washer I can remove, and have removed it, but it the top part still stays there 2) There seems like additional screws, but they look covered by some plastic parts. (picture).
Any help appreciated
