Is it safe to reuse melted chocolate? Cooking

Hello, I often make ice cream bars dipped in chocolate.

The process is done by first making the ice cream, then adding it to the molds and freezing completely until it's solid hard. Then, I melt 70% dark chocolate with cocoa butter - a ratio of 100gr(chocolate) : 15gr(cocoa butter). Once it's all melted I dip each bar and return it to the freezer.

When I'm done I always spread the remaining chocolate on a baking sheet, let it hard in the refrigerator and save it for the next batch.

Although the ice cream doesn't melt in the chocolate, I've heard it's not recommended to reuse a chocolate that has been mixed with watery ingredients like fruits, cream, butter etc..

Is it a bad idea to reuse the melted chocolate?

Thanks
